Integrate and Analyze Consumer Survey and Census Data
Consumer targeting is driven by MindSet’s MindScores Consumer Health Zip+4 Prospect Universe, which uniquely identifies zip+4’s and households purchasing broad spectrum of health products, including OTC medications and remedies, exhibiting a specific health atttitude and preferring a certain media channel for their information and pleasure. MindSet’s MindScores Prospect Universe is made up of the most accurate and comprehensive consumer survey responder data to profilr over 115 million households and 37 million zip+4’s. Each zip+4 and household include multi-channel contact information and over 500 demographic and affluence variables as well. The MindScores consumer prospect universe is comprised of contact and location information, insurance and co-pay information, medication compliance ratings, wealth indicators, personal attributes, and consumer behavior and interests such as media preferences.
More than 50,000 consumer zip+4 responder surveys are incorporated into the model each year. Some of the more important variables derived from the survey include:

Integrate and Analyze De-Identified Health Insurance Claims Data
MindSet’s’ MindScores Health Prospect Universe Database identifies zip+4 and household level prospects with a high propensity to suffer from a disease to being treated with or requesting a particular prescription or OTC product and by medication compliance and loyalty deciles from a database of over 2B anonymous health insurance claims that are continuously updated for the most accurate information. The comprehensive listing of multi-sourced health insurance claims data includes an extensive inventory of chain and independent pharmacies, physician offices and hospitals and is enhanced with multiple selections.
We receive this data in an anonymized form that is HIPAA compliant. More that 2 billion electronic health insurance claims in the USA go into the mix. Key variables measured include:
